Hey guys, I recently ordered online on 3 new iPhones (free phone for new lines), the next 2 days I cancelled it because one of my daughter wanted another color. I received that the cancellation is confirmed.

I noticed that 1 out of the 3 phone was shipped although I cancelled it. Now my question is, can my son (not primary owner) return the phone in store by himself or do I need to come with him?

Another alternative, I see that his device is active on my dashboard due to it being delivered to my house, can he activate it even through the order was cancelled? And will he qualify for the free phone? Or do I need to return it and then order new phone.

Hello, minh1207. Help is here as we want to ensure you get the right phone for your loved ones and return the phone in question. The phone that was delivered has a return label in the box. Please ship the phone back to us and ensure you keep the return tracking number so that you will know when the device is delivered back to us. If you open the box/phone in any way, there will be a restocking fee of $50 but if you return the phone to us unopened, no charge upon receiving the phone. As long as the line in question meets the qualifications for a free device, the option is still available. I do hope this helps.
