Returned devices issue

Recently upgraded 2 devices online and was only sent 1 return envelope and 1 shipping label. 

Sent both devices back in the same envelope and only recieved confimartion of one device being sent in. Now what? Customer support line has been unable to help.

This is a problem which happens a lot.  Trade-ins are supposed to be sent in separate packages so each device has its own tracking number.  Otherwise, the additional device(s) are lost in the shuffle.  I hope someone with Verizon gets back to you here with a private message.  You will have to tell them the tracking number, along with the description of both devices and the IMEI for each one.  Sure hope someone can track down the other item at the warehouse so you can get your credits properly.
