I recently placed an order for the Iphone 16 pro that was sceduled to be shipped the next day. I paid the amout due today through my paypal account. After going through that process I recieved an email about verifying my identity. I went through that process than even called a representative after. I recieved the approved email for my order. Now it is asking to update the method of payment but I already made the necessary payment. I have the receipt for the amount due today as well as paypal says they sent the payment to the merchant Verizon. After all of that now Verizon website is saying I canceled my order when I didn't.
