I have seen several threads about this. I tried to pre-order 2 iPhone 16 pro max phones yesterday, received a receipt and I can see the charge on my Mastercard. The order even said confirmed before bed last night. Today I wake up to an email saying the payment failed and to update the payment info. I, nor any of your reps can do this. They recommended cancelling the order but by doing so I won’t receive my phones on launch day (which is kind of the whole reason you pre-order). Someone has to be able to fix this even if it is manually. What’s the solution?
