Hello, in March we ordered cameras for our company vehicles. We were under the impression that these would be easy to self install. once equipment was received it became clear this was not the case. We asked for the literature on how to install. It was sent but still something that we could not quite figure out. We had asked for a refund. then it was brought to our attention that we qualified or free installation. Great lets set it up. I was told some one would be in touch. This is now May. After asking multiple times for someone to reach out, I called and was told someone else would be reaching out. At this time the company is over it and they want a refund. It is now August 14th and we have been told that the contracts stands. We asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor then a level 2 supervisor and nothing. We have been Verizon customers for a long time and have 15 plus devices with Verizon. We are just extremely disappoint with they way we have been tossed around and ignored. We have spent thousands of dollars with Verizon and feel we should receive a little better treatment. All we want is for our cameras to be returned and payments to be ceased. Thank you.
