I was able to get the promotion that was given when you started a 1G service of home internet. I was able to get all the other offers that were given from this purchase like the GC and Disney Plus however there was another promotion which was the Xbox series X which was completely free. I've trying to track my Xbox just to know the status of its locations to be able to ready when it gets here and my Verizon app and website have not made this easy and sort of impossible. I just want to know the status of my Xbox that was given by an offer, I accepted and got the receipt, and I just want to know how to track it.
I am waiting for shipping from a month and talked multiple support agents over the period. They have asked me to wait for 6 weeks
