xbox gift card purchase

So, I signed up with Verizon recently and was offered a promo of $200 Verizon gift card. Awesome (or so I thought at least) I redeemed my gift card and decide to use it on the Verizon website to purchase (2) $100 Xbox gift cards for a two of my family members birthdays coming up soon. (I would not have purchased these had a know it was going to be such a headache) I purchased these on April 24. Shortly after I got an email stating my order was received and I should expect delivery in about 30 mins and had some information about if I didn't receive to contact support. A couple hours had passed, and I received nothing in my email. So, I contacted support, the person I spoke with was no help at all and wasted about 2 hours of my time. So, I waited a day or so before I contacted support again, same thing, no answer just the run around. Yesterday I contacted support again, and I was beyond frustrated at this point, I spent almost 6 hours back and forth of agents transferring me to "depts" but in reality, I was only transferred back into the sales que over and over. At this point I'm pretty livid for the amount of time that was wasted. I just want to know a CORRECT answer. "It should be delivered within 1 hr, it will take 2 business days, it will take 4 business days, it will take 5 business days"... NOBODY has been able to give me a timeframe that is correct or what is going on with my order. I just want answers. I'm so disappointed as a new customer, I am so frustrated with customer support, that I just want to switch carriers as I don't feel like my concerns are being listened to. Such a waste of time, a massive headache and bad customer support so far!!!
