1/13/2024 Verizon Login Error

1/13/2024, Verizon website login error: "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time." Nothing has changed. I've always been able to login, with username & password, on my Windows 11 PC (fully updated). This is a Verizon problem, apparently. When will Verizon have this fixed? Again, my PC is fully up to date. My login name & password have not changed. I've always been able to log in, until today.

Same thing has been happening to me for months. Sometime I can get my email and others times I can’t. I mainly use my iPad or iPhone and this is happening right now once again. Later on it will work without issue.

This is definitely odd. Have you tried using a different PC? DO you experience the same issues with your smartphone? ~Geo

I have not changed passwords as I do get my email at some point. I have added and removed my account from iPhone mail app and problem still happens. Sometime when I get email only the header info comes in and then it says “This message has not been downloaded from the server.” 

Then a little,later it will download. Other times it just gives me an error saying unable to connect to server.  Later on it will work and I get emails.

Hi, yes I’m accessing my verzion email from within the United States. With my iPhone or iPad.

I’m not aware of any changes to my account.  Though today I’ve not had any connections errors. Will see what tomorrow brings.
