2 factor authentication issues

I am trying to replace a phone that is broke but I can't login due to 2 factor authentication going to a phone that is dead.

We're sorry to hear that your phone is broken, grimsdottir01. I know that I would want to seek replacement options ASAP myself, as my phone is my lifeline for just about everything. I do want to be transparent that we may not be able to complete our verification process online if there isn't another working phone on the account, but we are happy to see how we can help.
