I switched to Verizon on 11/05/24. During the process I worked with a rep via chat who offered me a $200 Verizon Gift Card if I completed the purchase with her. I agreed. We interacted for two hours as we put everything together. Today, I contacted customer service about another issue (autopay not working) and while chatting I decided to ask about the gift car because it is about 2-3 weeks late. The rep told me they could not find any info on it. I still have the chat from the day I switched. In the chat, the representative mentions the $200 Gift Card three times. I offered to send to them today, but was told they cannot receive emails. How is it that Verizon customer service has no email address to receive screenshots or documentation to solve such a customer service issue?

Hi Tytysmom20.
That's definitely not the result we'd like to hear. We understand it should not have to take this amount of times to contact us to resolve a gift card promotion. Please look out for a private message from us, so I can best assist.
