$200 Verizon Gift Card Issue

I called Verizon on July 31 and the sales guy made a lot of promises. 4 new phones, $200 gift cards for all 4 phone lines and this whole process has been a mess. Today, I called to ask about the $200 gift cards we were promised and the agent couldn't find anything in the system that said we received this in our promotion. After about 30 minutes, he finally found a code that he said would work. He sent me this link: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com//#!/ and of course, the code doesn't work. He also said after I applied for these rebates (gift cards) it would be another 1-2 months before we would receive the gift cards. I've had service since the end of July. I'm very disappointed with the service at Verizon and between the online chats and phone calls, it's been an awful experience. In addition, each bill has been well over $550, $200+ more than we paid with AT&T. And all I wanted was to get our $200 gift cards. Someone at Verizon needs to hold the sales team accountable for what is promised and customers should not have to keep calling to get what was told. I would love someone to reach out and make good on this promotion as this is deceitful business.
