I bought my daughter a new iPhone 16 on 12/04/24. We paid to have her data transferred in the store and got the number ported over. It took several days and many failed attempts, hours on the phone to get this corrected. After all that they billed me for two numbers on one line. Now they keep promising to email the $200 gift card and I never receive it. I contact them they keep pushing it out. I’m not happy at all. I’m new to Verizon and I have had a Terrible experience with Verizon
