Entered gift card number into Verizon store , it fails to accept the card, I can check the balance without problem, just can't use it.
Try other items in the store and it keep asking me to login in when i am already logged in.
BobChung, we're sorry for the issue you're encountering with your gift card. Have you tried to clear cache and try again? Sometimes there can be some minor glitches. Are you able to do everything else on your My Verizon application?

Ended up having to call, and the support person needed their supervisor to be able to spend the gift card. User hostile system, very time consuming for the user.
