I purchased a new line iPhone15 Pro at Verizon Costco kiosk on 9/30/2023 with the promotion of a $250 Shop Costco card and $830 off after trade in of any old iphone. Finally got trade in credits applied on 4th billing cycle after activation after multiple calls to Verizon (was initially told there was no record of the trade in phone that I dropped off at a Verizon corporate store, then on a later call Verizon found the record of me dropping off the phone). Still have not heard anything about the $250 Shop Costco card. It's been over 90 days from the original date of purchase.
