4 months still waiting for refund

I am about done after 17 years with Verizon. Jan 19 ordered a phone and a watch with a screen protector. Canceled said order as I changed my mind and wanted to wait. Phone and watch were intercepted by Verizon and sent back. February it was confirmed that they got it back and it was being processed back at the warehouse. Middle of February, it had been returned and confirmed it had been received back and I would get my $324.86 back within 7-10 business days. End of February and I was told donโt pay the $324.86 as that will be refunded as part of the bill payment and the account wouldnโt be shut off. March: account had service suspended and I had to pay the $324.86 so I did and it cleared through my Bank on March 6. Chatted againโฆ was told it would be refunded to my acct within 3-5 business days. NO REFUND! Chatted again two weeks later, same **** and same result with the blah blah we donโt want to lose you Ty for being a customer for 17 years. Beginning of April same **** different days and the same again through the month and through May. End of May spoke to someone and was told no no please we will take care of this today blah blah blah same ****as before and NO refund as I was told I would have by beginning to middle of this last week and I wouldnโt have to call back. NO REFUND still.
seriously Pโd off and reporting to the FCC and calling again tomorrow because my D***** bill is due and well why should I have to pay it for donโt have to pay me back what you owe me, at least pay the full amount so figure 486-324=162 so technically thatโs all that should be paid. SO MUCH FOR VALUING ME AS A CUSTOMER FOR 17 YEARS!
