I’ve just purchased an iPhone 16 Pro and spent three hours yesterday waiting for an activation of it. I left there when they closed at 5 PM. The rep on the phone said that he would put in a ticket as to why the activation would not go through. Went to the store today sat there another three hours because the previous rep did not put in the Help ticket for activation issue.
Now, I’m told that because it is Sunday, reps don’t get in until Mondays?
These incompetent reps just had my Store rep and I sitting there waiting for a fix. From we were not wearing the right color clothes to we don’t know why you can’t get activated to just tell the customer that you need to completely rewrite the contract, and get another phone and try to activate that (this was tried 3 times).
After researching on ‘X’ and ‘Reddit’ it’s clear Verizon has had this problem for at least 6 yrs or more.
Any other carrier does this in 3 - 5 minutes.
There’s a big problem….VERIZON IS EITHER INDIFFERENT OR INCOMPETENT.
Still waiting for ‘Monday’ when a Tech 2 or 3 to fix it.
