Trying to grab a screenshot of my bill so I can show my family members what they owe. Can't take screenshot due to security policy. I have enabled screenshots in other apps but I can't figure out Verizon. Thanks.

I wanted to do the same thing, get a screenshot of my account/bill and could not due to security using the app. I ended up using my iPad and snapping a picture of my phone's screen! That worked ok.

Holding the power and volume down buttons together for a little bit (Android phones) or Top button and Home button together (iPhone) doesn't work? The only other thing I can think of is to login to your account on a computer, and then use either the screenshot widget - I have Windows, so it's the Snip and Sketch app - or the Ctrl + Print Screen buttons together, then paste the screenshot into Paint if using Ctrl + Print Screen.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Mydogstella, if the screenshot option is not working due to a security feature, we would recommend logging in online and downloading/viewing the bill as a PDF. If you download the PDF version of the bill you can either screenshot that or share the PDF itself with your family members so that they know the amount they owe for their portion of the bill.
