I’ve been with Verizon now for well over six months. my contract actually started last year 2023 of June but I got the phone in May. They were supposed to send me a free television with the offer which they never did which was it $400 television and they just basically write it wrote it off and completely ignored me. Every time I called them up and said they were going to escalate. It never did never got a phone call back. Never got a television never got a credit. On top of that when they tried to credit me, they decided to take away all of my device payments, credit me my device payments and then from there put it onto my account to pay for my cell phone bill so that I can repay my device credits which is 3333 a month which put me six months in a rear and extended my contract for another six months so basically they took away six months worth of me, paying for the phone  Credited it to me then said they were giving me a credit but then just took my own money and paid for my cell phone bill and never did anything for me and then ended up robbing me for if your contract is for another six months hundred dollars a month it’s a extra $600 bills +33,33 a month. On top of that the administration fees that they still keep on putting on there  I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve talked to customer service over and over and over and they just hang up on me or they tell me that I’m crazy or that I signed a contract and there’s nothing I can do so basically they don’t know anything they say  Can anybody give me some advice please
