Black Friday Samsung TV Promotion

Signed up 11/29/24 and was told to wait 30 days for an email to redeem the 75" Samsung tv. Never received the email to redeem. I was told I wasn't eligible after 6 hours on hold even though I am. Hung up on multiple times. Also, claimed tickets for the super bowl fan fest and was told I had to wait even longer to see if I was eligible to redeem even though it was on my tile. Needles to say, I have spent 20 hours on the phone on hold/chat. I missed my son and daughter's basketball game because of this (he plays and she cheers for the team). Keep getting put off and told to wait for the email that was supposed to come 12/29/24. There's more but that's the gist of it. And I am a new customer. Is this normal for Verizon to do this?
