My phone was purchased from the Apple Store in Kansas City. I purchased the phone December 2022 I broke the phone and received a replacement February 2023. My device was placed on MetroPCS service and has worked fine since purchasing it until December 2nd the phone stopped working and after doing investigating I was told the phone was on Verizon’s blocklist as lost. I have never been a Verizon customer. Please help no one in your fraud or tech department will assist me.
Sorry to hear about your experience. The only way to get a phone off the blacklist is if the original owner asks to have the blacklisting removed. Your best bet is to contact the seller and ask for a refund.
