My phone will not power on for some reason, because of this I cannot use two factor authentication to log into my account, I cannot talk to a live representative because it wants me to log in . How am I supposed to fix this?

Why would you chose to send a private message to this person instead of sharing the solution publiclly so that other people experiencing this issue won't have to create another thread. I am having the exact same issue. My sim card is not working, I cannot call for obvious reasons and the web site wants me to use two-factor authentication to verify my login by sending me a text that I obviously cannot receive. The fact that this isn't an obvious issue to A CELL PHONE CARRIER, is mind boggling at best.
I am also having this problem currently, My phone worked just fine this morning, then the screen stopped and now I can't log in because I can't authenticate my account without my phone.
My Phone stopped working this morning and I can't get the display to come up and so can not log into my account to get a new phone, I get to the authentication and it just sends a text to a phone I cant use.

Please help me too. I lost my phone in London and it is the main phone on our account. When I try to log in, it sends two factor authentication to my account. I cannot chat with a Verizon rep without logging in. I can't start a claim without logging in...there's note even a phone number I can find to call.

I am having the same problem, I am in the UK and my phone screen no longer works so I cannot access my account because I cannot use the two0factor identification. I cannot call US numbers either and I cannot use the online chat because I cannot login. Please help.
Having the same problem... was Verizon able to fix the issue? Cuz I've tried contacting customer service and they said they can't do anything for me.
Verizon values the security of your private information. With that moving through security steps can be a challenge when our phones are not working. We can attempt primary and secondary verification. If not successful, you can visit a corporate Verizon store with government issued id for assistance. Reply to the private Note to follow to proceed.
