These are in an office with about 40 people. Our cell phones will not work without them. Tech support has been very difficult to obtain and of the 3 I have spoken to, one "re-initiated" them and they worked for the remainder of the day....2 others didn't have a clue and insisted they had a phone number...the 4th tech re-initiated twice without success. The message is "Current Operational Status: Authentication failure to initial Network. Device is not provisioned. Please contact Verizon Wireless Customer Care for further assistance." Also states "IPSec " -> "Not Reachable" .
