My business phone number has CNAM enabled and I can verify that it is working by testing it with the website at
https://calleridtest.com/
When I test it with that website, the company name is correctly returned (SENIORLEADBOOST).
However, when I call my personal Verizon mobile number, or my wife's, or other Verizon mobile users, from my business phone number, the company name from CNAM is NOT displayed. Instead, the phone number and the city in which the phone number is located is displayed.
What do I need to do in order to have Verizon's CNAM database updated to properly reflect my business' CNAM name?

tcolling, my buddy runs his own business and does make quite a bit of use of his phone. So, I totally get wanted the right information to display. The best way to get this addressed would be through our business support team, which can be reached via the 800-922-0204 support number. When calling, you're automatically directed to their support if you use your VZ Business number. They are active Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time) and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
