Is anyone else sick of paying top dollar for Verizon (literally quadruple compared to others), to not have “Call Filter” do much of anything?
Numerous ‘Peerless Network’, ‘Neutral Tandem’ and other VIOP numbers are allowed daily. We cant block them because they have thousands of other numbers and never use the same one. I regularly get calls and the city is listed as a place people don’t even live, muchless have businesses. This isn’t anything new, and should have been taken care of a long time ago.
I’ve even had spaam numbers come through that have the check mark next to it mean it’s VERIZON VERIFIED. So Verizon even knows who it is (a spaammer), lets them through, and doesn’t even tell me who it is. Some of those numbers are saying they’re going to serve or arrest me, the typical IRS scaams.
Why aren’t we getting what we pay for? I understand one slipping through the cracks, but not multiple times a day. And even when I report them they do nothing. Do we have to use a different app because Verizon can’t do its job. Figure out who these people are so we can answer our phones.
