Why can I currently not see any details on on my call logs? Nothing on Minutes detail or Data detail. This is on the online account.

TNMOM2015, definitely want to make sure you're viewing the logs so you can get what you need. As part of that, going to run through the process on how they should be viewed just as a quick refresher.
After you’ve signed in, first click with your mouse at ‘Account’ on top, then from the menu that appears, select ‘Usage.’ You’ll see an option for ‘Usage overview,’ select that there. A section called My Usage will open, and you can choose which line you want to view. It’s important to know only as an Account Owner or Manager can you view other lines. And the information shared will not reveal content.
Once on the line you wish to view, you’ll see a box with ‘Talk & Text’ with the current notes on mins and messages for the current cycle. There are two button options at the bottom of this box: Message details or Minutes details. Click ‘Minute details.' You should be able to view logs there for calls.
Additionally, you can always view past logs, via the PDF version of the bill. To access your most recent bill and view bill details, visit your Bill overview in My Verizon. Tap the bill PDF to download, email or print. These will show the call logs on numbers for the previous cycles. If you want to learn more about downloading bills or viewing old ones, check out the 'View and download your Verizon mobile bill' section of this FAQ: https://www.verizon.com/support/view-bill-online-faqs/
There's even steps in that section on how to download a spreadsheet of text, data use, and call logs as well. You can use that as another way, to also get call logs.
