The call back option won't recognize my checked phone number & the box stays pink with the ! in it. I do not know of ANY company that does not have a phone number for customers to speak with an actual person. That is the definition of customer service, being able to resolve issues! You provide no way for me to get past the chat so your phone number is useless! I tried to fix the issue through Apple & they said it would have to be resolved by my carrier. But I cannot talk to my carrier!!! Ridiculous! What happened to you?????
