This always says... Were sorry. And then tells me to log in...but i am logged in.
So is the Call me feature down after hours. It diesnt seem to work on website at all.. on weekends or evenings. Please just answer that.

I have prepaid now for wireless and I am moving to 300/300 Fios internet today. I used to have 50_50 and phone,tv, net.
Anyway, my question again...is this..please read... Is that Callback feature only available to use during business hours. It doesnt work. Plz try it for yourself. Does anyone know? Callback shld be active always so we can schedule call.backs. why isnt it? If i want to schedule a callback on a weekend..for upcoming business hours, why cant I? Cant the system figure that out?

- Can you please answer my question? It has been a while Why does the callback feature not work during non business hours? We shld be able to schedule a call for business hours even if it is the weekend. Why is that deactivated?

I don't work for Verizon, but based upon many posts I've read in these forums, I don't think anyone is going to call you back. Any time I've called, I've been routed to an overseas call center.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I do get callbacks but one was 4 hours late. They mustve been on a different time zone.
I dont think that online call back thing works when you are not doing it during business hours. Always tells me they are sorry and to log in again, but i was already logged in. Verizon is rough to deal with.

Thanks for the update. Nice to hear that CS does call customers back at least some of the time. There are so many posts implying otherwise it's enough to make you think it doesn't happen!
I don't think calling works well at all on weekends or holidays. One person reported being put on hold for 12 hours (!) straight without anyone picking up the call over a weekend. I've also gotten an automated message saying the call center was closed when I tried to call to ask about something during New Year's Day.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
