Can’t change plan. Please try after sometime plan change

I have been trying to change plan for 3 days.  I just keep getting this message. I have chatted with 3 different reps and they have not been able to fix it.  

Please try after sometime

your request could not be processed at this time.  

I saw someone say go to a link and cancel pending changes but it says I have no changes pending

Help!

Nope. 15 days now.. talked to at least 10 reps. Chatted with probably as many. Keep being told wait 3-5 days. One rep on the 14th said an escalated ticket was opened but nobody can find it.. Then have another ticket opened on the 19th with no action, another opened on the 21st with no action, and then a person told me today that they opened and escalated another one.. 3-5 days. 

I have explained the issue 20 times at least.. every time to a new rep.. go through what is happening.. they try the exact same thing the last person does.  I was PMed from someone from here on like the 14th, but they got the same description and tried the exact things.. Nothing changed. My opinion is the first guy on the 11th tried to move me to some sub acount, and that is messing up everything.  I cant see my past bills either.. and its looking like its going to charge me for my plan from 9/12 to 10/10 and I already paid that (but since i cant see my bills i cant tell)

15 days… 15!

I’m looking at Spectrum plans.
