I’ve been trying to generate a number transfer pin for hours now and haven’t been able to. I’ve used the #port number and then clicked the link it sends and tried to generate the number transfer pin on both a browser and the app with no luck. On the app, it just loads and goes back to the same generate the pin screen and the browser shows an error.
yes, I’ve made sure the numbers are unlocked and I’ve even contacted support and they’ve tried to help me generate the pin with no luck. Can someone please help?
