I'm unable to log into my verizon account. I keep getting errors saying that it had trouble processing my request. I talked to several verizon support reps and techs but we were unable to resolve the issue. This happens on my computer and my phone. I also have issues with the my verizon app. When i go to sign in, it only asks for a password and after putting in the password it sends me straight to "Forgot password" page and wants me to enter my user id or verizon phone number to reset my password. I've tried resetting my password as well but it still sends me to the forgot password page after putting in the new password. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Hey shaunibanez, I appreciate all the troubleshooting you've already done regarding this issue, and I know just how important it is that I am able to manage my account online through My Verizon. It sounds like we might need to gain access to your account, and reset your My Verizon profile (basically unenroll you, and then you create a new registration). So that we can assist with that, we will be sending you a private message to assist.
