Cant Reset My Password After Verizon Locked Me Out of My Account

I tried to login to my account today and mustve entered the wrong password, so I got a message saying I needed to verify my account. They sent me a text, I verified it was me, and then it said my account was locked and now I need to reset my password. When I go to reset my password I get an "error" displayed in the tab of my browser, and the message with an orange background "
Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time.

What am I supposed to do now?!

In this case you may need to contact the official support through phone or chat and ask for account remediation.

This is very late, but in case anyone has the same issue;
You have to contact an agent. Online or phone, whatever. They'll completely reset your account and you have to re-register. Took me about 5 minutes. I could not find any kind of solution otherwise. Agent was incredibly helpful and it was a breeze.
