Charges to speak to an agent

They charged me $10 to speak to agent to activate Lifeline. They charged me $10 for a payment arrangement! I am a disabled senior living on a fixed income. I'm also a former paralegal of 30 years. DO NOT MESS WITH ME! Filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission!

Over the $10 "Agent Fee" charge that was not disclosed, the "payment arrangement" fees not disclosed, and not removing charges (Disney+) after free period. after asking to stop. Think they intentionally make you chat FOR OVER AN HOUR with the Philippines about billing issues. So tired of being messed with, but I have the time (since I'm permanently disabled) to file the complaints. THIS IS ANTI-TRUST VIOLATIONS! FTC IS NEXT!
