I am having trouble redeeming my free Samsung Chromebook. It says the discount will be applied at checkout however, when I get to the checkout page it is showing I owe the full price of the chromebook and it is not adding the discount. It also says "We have removed your previously selected offer because you chose a better deal". However, I have not selected anything else from Samsung. I just want the offer I was promised for being a Verizon customer. Samsung support has not been any help.
Has anyone else has this issue and had it resolved?
