I want to commend Honey, the agent, as well as the supervisor Annie, who worked with me for over two hours to resolve a problem with my international calling plan. Honey was persistent, called me back when we were disconnected, worked to find an alternative plan that would resolve my problems, and stuck with me until the situation was rectified. Honey is a credit to your company and her work with me today has kept me as a customer.
