Completely Inaccessible Shopping Cart

When I try to order something on the browser version of the mobile site, it says to send my cart to the account owner. I have, many times. She has received absolutely 0 emails regarding my cart. I tried the same on the mobile app, and it won’t even save my cart — it won’t even let me get to the page where I’m supposed to be able to save and send my cart. It just loops me around to the beginning, saving nothing that was in my cart. I tried the mobile chat support agent — nothing. No response. Desktop live chat keeps disconnecting me. Doing everything right, and no one is helping. Nothing is working. Still no cart emails being sent to the owner. Still no replies from customer support. I JUST WANT TO BUY THIS PHONE, MY FRIEND
