I have unresolved issues that began with me attempting to get my daughter a new phone. It has been ongoing since Thanksgiving week and I came here as my last attempt to get it corrected before going to a Verizon store physically.   However, after reading about a woman that spent from 9am -2pm IN store to resolve her problem, I am DONE! Someone needs to contact me ASAP.  I have been a customer for over 2 decades, have attempted to resolve this through EVERY method your company offers, have been lied to repeatedly, hung up on, and the Virtual Assistant weirdly only seems programmed to block access to a live agent. Even this Community Forum is oddly structured to be difficult. This is my third attempt to get it posted. My bill is paid this month, however I will not be paying the over $500 bill due on 1/3/24 until I am contacted and this is satisfactorily resolved. This is now my 4th attempt to post this! Crazy!!
