Costco Verizon $250 shop card rebate offer

I am yet another person waiting on the Costco gift card promotion through Verizon and I am having no luck getting it resolved via the chat function.  Please advise. Thanks.

I am having the same issue.  I switched 4 lines from At&T in June 2023.  I have spent COUNTLESS hours in person at Costco and Verizon as well as on the phone.  All I ever get is “we will escalate your issue”.  And now Costco has just said they heard from Verizon and Verizon says I don’t qualify because I didn’t get new phones.  The offer says new lines, not new phones!!!!  I’m hoping you can help.  The entire transfer process and now this promotion has been a nightmare.

We purchased a new phone and a new line back in Aug 6.  

Over four months later, and still no gift card.  We have been calling every two weeks since November, and each time we are promised to get it via email within a week, and nothing ever shows up.   Half the times we need to argue with the rep on the phone, because they claim that such a promo does not even exist. We always end up with a supervisor that knows about it, a promise is made to get it, and again nothing happens.  This is very frustrating.   Is there a simple solution ?  is there anyone who can actually promise and deliver the $250 gift card???

After four months since the purchase of the phone and new line, we would be happy to finally start the Costco $250 rebate process.  Can you tell me the Promo Code for the link you provided?  

When we purchased the phone we were told the gift certificate will just arrive after 90 days of service. We never received a code or instructions to follow in order to get the $250 card.

RoyGivon, we understand it's important to receive your promotions, and we're happy to shed some light on your concerns regarding the $250.00 Costco Shop Card promotion. I understand you purchased a new line on August 6th. There is a 90-day waiting period before eligiblity is confirmed, which means your eligiblity was likely confirmed on November 4th. Once eligiblity is confirmed, the Digital Shop Card email takes up to 14 weeks to deliver. Based on the date you provided, this means the email will be sent by February 7, 2024.
