After 20 hours total of being on phone with diffrent verizon reps . Every 2 to 3 reps tell me diffrent reasons of why. I've asked to speak to supervisors managers anyone other than a rep.......they leave messages I never get a call back from one. Never have I spoke to one. They check and see if one will get on phone but always busy. Always so they leave a message. All I want is 1 reps and 1 supervisor to just call me and deal with my situation other than me calling lime I just did again after 2 hours 16 minutes AGAIN. Nothing is resolved but just heard a whe.new explanation of why this problems occur. I would never suggest anyone go to Verizon.
