I was reaching out to cancel my service, since that request isn't available on the app, however pausing the service is, and wasted so much time 30 minutes with an agent just for them to keep asking if I wanted to pause service or pass service to another person. This was after multiple requests that I just want to cancel and don't need anything else. Aft this 30+ minutes go by they finally wanted to verify my account to start the โprocessโ which they said would take a bit longer. But the minute I told them I can not stay on any longer they were almost done and proceeded to want to confirm my address. At that point the agent was dragging their feet and only trying to help themselves and not assist me with a simple request. Just cancel nothing else is needed. I needed up having to end the chat and they of course didn't provide their name either. This shouldn't be a difficult thing to do for a company this big.
