Verizon has the worst customer service and care technicians I have ever experienced . None of the technicians have the same responses and they will only help if it is convenient for them!! 2 phones I have had that randomly stopped working and they do NOTHING to make that right!!!!! One person says they are sending a free replacement and then the next gets to make their own decision to say no. Then they proceed to block my chats. I am VERY unhappy with Verizon!
