I was travelling and for the first time in my decades of being a Verizon customer ran out of data.  I had no way of logging into my account to get a data boost because Verizon would send me a "push" via text and my text was cut off,  nor did I have a way to call Verizon without logging in to get the data boost.  Instead I was literally lost.  I had no way of calling anyone or finding my lodging.  There should be a way to call or contact Verizon when data is lost.

We've also not used all our data each month for years, so why wasn't there any roll over data?  And a correction to my first complaint:  when I finally was in a place that had wifi, I was able to get two boosts, but when I travelled to my next destination I didn't have wifi and was completely cut off.
