I had a Disney+ promo thought FiOS Tv. It increased and I cancelled it. I signed up for Disney+ trio bundle through Disney, however it somehow associated it with my Verizon account. I cannot manage my account on Disney or Verizon now. I see 2 Disney+ bundle accounts on the Disney app, but they both link back to Verizon. I go to Verizon and they do not appear there. Disney shows a $7 charge going to Verizon (half my old payment anount). I've spoken with both Verizon and Disney customer service and both blame the other. How can this be fixed?

Hello, tnkrbelly691, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with your Disney account and it has left you stuck in the middle. You mentioned that you previously had a Disney account through FiOS and you are seeing an account through Verizon again. To make sure we're on the same page, are you seeing this once again though Verizon FiOS or is this now associated with a wireless account?
