Verizon FIOS has been double charging my account for Home Device Protection for 10 months. I do not want the service at all and EVERY month I call, request a refund of the $50 in fees and demand to have the “service” removed. Every month the representative PROMISES me that the issue has been resolved and I won’t have to deal with it again. Last month when I called, they insisted on changing my service plan because they said they couldn’t correct the problem without doing so and the result was an additional $10 on the bill per month. So I called to get a $50 reimbursement and ended up with a higher bill. And guess what? The problem still exists. I waste hours every month dealing with this.
