I am designing a swimming pool in a small yard and find that it will encroach upon an existing utility easement granted to GTE back in 1966. Verizon [GTE] is the only party to that easement. I would like to contact someone to discuss having Verizon quitclaim [or otherwise permit] a small portion of that easement to allow pool and equipment to be built.
