I called yesterday on behalf of my elderly parents who need to get additional cable hookups in other rooms of their home. I spoke with DeAaron who, without a doubt, was one of the most pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. He was so polite and helpful. He made suggestions such as asking if they have Verizon for their mobile service. I thought they did, but they did not! We will work on moving that over. He asked us if there were any notes we wanted to make for the tech that would come to install the lines. He also walked us through the bill and made sure we understood the charges. If all of your CSRs are like DeAaron, you should (mostly) have happy customers! 🙂
