Fios Power of Attorney

Hi, I am Power of Attorney for a Verizon Fios account holder. I need online access to manage the account. When I search for support on this topic I am only able to see instructions for submitting documents to Verizon Wireless. The account holder, my Aunt, has a landline and does not have a wireless mobile number. What is the process of submitting the Power of Attorney I have and any other related documentation so I can access her account?
