Someone purchased 3 phones on my account. They were delivered to my house and as soon as I received I called Verizon and spoke to the Fraud department. This was 3 months ago. I was told they were sending return labels. I never received. I called again was told to take to my local store. They told me they could not return them I had to go to a corporate store which is an hour away. I call again. I was told again they would send a return label. 2 weeks later I still have not received. I was going out of town and took the phones with me thinking maybe I would pass a corporate store on my travels. I call Verizon and find a corporate store a few miles away. They were unable to take them stating it was past the return date. I would have to call Verizon and get a return label. I call again. Spoke to the fraud department and customer support. They fix my account so my account is not suspended and put me on a payment plan to I return the phones. Again was told I would receive return labels. Today I receive an large envelope from Verizon. Inside was a large envelope from Verizon with instruction to return but NO return label. I call again…the office is closed. What am I suppose to do? My account is now up to $1000 due and I still have 3 phones that I did not order and can not seem to return?????
I guess once I get this resolved I will be cancelling my account with Verizon and finding another mobile carrier that can help their customers.
