Fraud hold? Why am I being treated like a criminal?

I just went through verifying my ID, and address for an order of a iphone and tablet. I had to spend over 2 hours trying to get this order approved. After doing so I went into store to pick it up, at which point decided I should add the other devices there to avoid the chaos of my previous attempt. I was told their was a fraud hold and needed to call. I did and the representative and myself had spoken to an agent in fraud who claimed the fraud hold was released. It wasn't and I had to go. I got home and tried placing the order again struggling over and over to get it to process, on and off the phone with fraud and customer care, who treated me as if I am lying and trying to get over on them. I managed to get everything to go through and the order paid. I waited hours to get email saying that it was ready, instead I got email saying it was cancelled. There was no one that could tell me why. Eventually I was told that my money was going to be returned and their is a fraud hold on account again. What is going on and why would Verizon put a customer who has verified everything they were asked for in person and online, through this and leave them with no solution?

What do I do?

I โ€˜m glad it wasnโ€™t just me. I just went through the same type of experience. I was finally able to get things done by going in person with my wife and having things done in her name.  Why am I being treated like a criminal by Verizon? I have no problems anywhere else. I have excellent credit.  I just  bought a car. I just bought an expensive guitar. No problems. Only Verizon has some issues that they wonโ€™t even explain to me.  Itโ€™s so frustrating.

I am going through this right now. Fraud department would not tell me what is going on  and am quite pโ€™d off at the moment. Just trying to get a new phone for myself. Believe I have been a customer for 18 years and have 6 active mobile lines with Verizon. About ready to go to another carrier!!!!

Same exact issue today. Two whole days of continuous issues and errors on verizons end. It didnt stop. l. Paid twice. I asked all the questions

 I made sure there would be no issue when I go to pick it up. They said no the hold would be removed. First order was canceled second was fraud again. I would have just went to the store instead of dealing with all this stuff

 I was treated like a criminal. Lied to.  Switched between 100 people and continued to do everything to make sure no errors would happen. They assured me I would have no issues. They aree the ones that made all the errors. Yet I had to suffer. I was dealing with a death. Health issues. Told them I need to make sure I get this phone because my phone is broken I have nothing. I have been with fios for 3 years. 

 I sat in the store from 4 to 7:16 pm . All I wanted was my irder.tgey are the ones that tole me to place the order again. They are the ones that grunted no issues. They told me I would be fine. They had no issue taking my mo ey twice!!!  I am calling corporate. U am not allowing this. I will be going out of my way to insure this stops. It's insanity and a disgrace.
