I have been trying since September to replace a defective Jetpack. She has gone into the local Verizon store multiple times and each time they confirm it is defective, but say they cant help her and refer her to call Verizon Support.  Support first told us they would have to remove us from our grandfathered plan and charge us more each month to replace it.  They then mailed us a new Jetpack without a battery when the battery was the problem with the defective device.  I need someone competent to contact me and help me get this fixed or I am going to switch carriers.  This is maddening.
