My wife surprised me with a new phone with a 212 number. She knows it’s impt because of being a high profile real estate agent in NYC. Less than 8 hrs later, my number was changed. Contacted customer service and nothing. No apology, nothing. Then I said I would be telling my friends(close to 50+ to cancel their service and was told nothing. NYC clientele will NOT answer phone calls from any number but a 212 number. I can not wait to cancel this service. Unprofessional, no empathy, just nothing. Livid isn’t the word to describe how I’m feeling
